Travel Policy

Please note, this deposit is nonrefundable.  In the event that this day trip is canceled, for any reason, you understand that Brian Travels will only be responsible for refunding the amount you've paid in for this excursion.  Brian Travels does not assume any liability for any additional costs associated with this excursion if canceled.  This excursion is expected to happen rain or shine, and will not be refunded due to rain, but the order of the stops may vary.  Circumstances do arise where you may not be able to travel. These deposits are able to be transferred to another person(s) that you locate on your own.  If you are going to transfer seats, PLEASE CONTACT BRIAN FIRST as the new passengers will need to agree and accept the terms set forth here. You are allowed to transfer seats to another person.  Once a transfer is confirmed, you will be refunded 95% of your total payment, less a $25 administrative fee. For cruise passengers on the 2025 sailing season, the last day to transfer any seats is August 20, 2025. If you need to transfer seats, you will need to contact Brian to find out how to make the transfer.

You further understand that you travel at your own risk and that Brian Travels is not responsible for any injuries or death, or lost, stolen, or damaged property.  Refunds will not be provided for any travelers who miss our departure due to their own late arrival at the meeting points.  In the event that you miss a meeting time point during the day, you will be responsible for obtaining your own transportation back to the cruise ship at your own cost.  No refunds will be issued if you miss a meeting time point during the excursion and have to arrange separate transportation.  Brian Travels may take photographs during the excursions and use them on his website, facebook pages, and for other advertising purposes.  You agree and understand that you will not be compensated for any photographs that you may appear in.
