We were lucky enough to join Brian and Joe on all the excursions they offered for the Oct 26th Mediterranean cruise and it was the best decision! We thoroughly enjoyed all of our excursions and had the peace of mind knowing they were experienced, knowledgeable and gave us all the info needed to have the best time. We enjoyed that the excursions to the Athens and Olympia let us view the archeological site at our own pace and also gave us ample free time in each port to shop and eat. We liked how they use the same guides each time and know they are reliable. You cant go wrong with Brian Travels! We hope to join you abroad again some time.

Just yesterday, I was on a tour of Athens with Brian and staff- Joe. From the moment -I booked this tour, communication is excellent, and I felt connected and well informed about everything! Brian did a great job with planning: tour guide, driver, and the itinerary. Unlike some other tours I joined from the cruise, with Brian ,I felt well- taken care of in a foreign place . This tour was smooth and as rewarding at I had hoped. I also took Brian’s tour in Kusadasi several days ago, and had the exact same positive experience. My family and I booked multiple activities with Brian and Joe. While in Athens we were able to arrive at the Parthenon early and while we were leaving, some of others on the cruise who did not book with Brian were just arriving. Being able to arrive before the crowds/lines was wonderful. Seeing the different historical areas before lunch was a highlight of the whole trip. Definitely looking forward to my next adventures with Brian and Joe.

As most people, I was concerned about using anyone other than Carnival for excursions on our recent Mediterranean cruise. Knowing that Brian was staying on our ship put our mind at ease, and we booked 2 tours with Brian Travels. Best decision ever. Brian and Joe were amazing! They paid so much attention to detail, and never missed a beat. The tours were interesting, and the description they presented was extremely accurate and point on - definitely did not disappoint at any level. While on the bus, Brian shared some points of interest and recommendations, in addition to what the guide provided. I had injured my knee on an excursion earlier in the week, and Brian quickly responded to my email while he was on a different excursion and clarified exactly the depth of our upcoming excursions and what I would be able to do. I’m so glad I didn’t have to miss out, and both excursions we took with Brian and Joe were awesome! We can’t encourage you enough to book with them on any excursions they offer. They are kind, compassionate, and the excursions are a great value for all they over deliver!

I was not happy with the excursions offered by the cruise line so I went looking elsewhere. I was very nervous as I feared missing the boat. Given that the actual tour agent will not only be on the same cruise but be part of the excursion made me feel less concerned. I did two excursion on this Mediterranean cruise and they were both amazing. I would highly recommend anyone do an excursion by Brian Travels.

I can’t say enough great things about our tours in Istanbul Turkey and Mykonos Greece with Brian and Joe! Every single excursion was planned with such care and attention to detail. We have taken 3 excursions with Brian Travels during our cruise. We have been to Istanbul, Turkey, Mykonos, Greece, and Athens Greece. My husband and I were fortunate enough to go on 5 excursions with Brian Travels while on a Carnival Cruise through Turkey, Greece, and Italy. While I never liked Excursions before, Brian Travels is unique in the travel industry. It was a very personal experience, like hanging out with friends. Brian wants everyone to immerse themselves at their on pace. His enthusiasm and love of travel is infectious. We experienced so much and had so much fun. We are so glad I read the Carnival Miracle FB posts. We are not the only people who loves his excursions. Hope we can book with him again soon. "I decided to do my first Europe cruise on 8/27/24 on the Carnival Legend out of Rome. I flew in a few days before on 8/22/24 to explore the city and areas as I’ve never been overseas before. I had seen Brian post in the cruise group that he was offering up excisions for all the ports we were going to and posted a picture of a groups he had taken on a previous cruise. It looked like they all had so much fun. Didn’t take long to decide if I was going to join Brian on his adventures or not but I am sooooooooo glad that I put my trust in Brian. His excursions were so much fun, well timed and the group was a blast to hang out with all week. Brian is very knowledgeable, energetic and quick on his feet. He was having as much fun as we all were. Compared to carnivals excursions, Brian has the best agenda for a great cost with so much more added in that you wouldn’t get with a carnival excursion. Plus, Brian is always quick to respond to messages, emails and is such a nice guy. During my stay in Rome and since it was the first in Brian’s series of sailings, he offered a Rome Highlights tour which I took the nighttime one, I loved every second of it. We also went to a Florence on a day trip and that was incredible too. Don’t skip out if you see Brian offering a tour, you won’t regret it!!!"

"My husband and I took an excursion to Ephesus on our cruise in Oct, 2024. Communication was very good from the time I booked until we met in on ship to be assigned our bus and guide. Brian and Joe are exceptional guides. My husband and I now consider them friends. We had a bus in Ephesus that took us to the House of the Virgin Mary, the Roman City of Ephesus where we walked on cobblestone streets and saw the most spectacular archeological ruins. Joe was our guide and was so knowledgeable about the sites we visited. We ran into Brian’s group several times and he was always so friendly. We went to St John Basilica and I can’t express how beautiful it was. Brian was so knowledgeable and stopped to let us take pictures and soak it all in. He and Joe kept the groups together and counted each person prior to leaving on the bus. Our last stop was a traditional Turkish lunch which was absolutely amazing. I cannot express the amount of fun we had and immediately wished all of our excursions would have been booked with Brian Travels. We will definitely book with Brian again. I friended him on Facebook so I can keep up with his adventures and hopefully join some. Thank you so much Brian, you are an amazing tour guide and a friendly person who makes everyone comfortable. "We first found out about Brian Travels by a random post on a Carnival facebook post. We had booked a 10 day Greek isle cruise. He was doing excursions like Carnival, but a better deal than the cruise line and cheaper. I will admit we were skeptical at first since all you hear is horror stories about not booking excursions with the cruise lines. But after our first excursion with him we immediately went to the shore excursion desk and canceled our excursions with Carnival and rebooked with Brian. We cannot speak highly enough about Brian’s excursions. He takes all the things people want to do and combines them and cuts out all the unnecessary touristy forced wait time and sales pitches that the cruise line makes you go through. But honestly for us that wasn’t the best part. We enjoyed the interactions with the group and Brian himself making sure that everyone had an opportunity to enjoy themselves. Brian was very safety conscious and making sure we were all back on the boat in a timely manner. Brian works very hard to ensure all arrangements are taken care of before we get there and we return. If you are looking for a great excursion with a great price, Brian Travels will be a great experience."

"We are what I like to call, experienced cruisers, having been everywhere Carnival goes in the Caribbean. Due to a milestone birthday, we decided to try something new, a European cruise. We’ve done Carnival excursions in the past while visiting new islands, but this time was different. This wasn’t our run of the mill, head to the beach and bask, this was Europe, this was something brand new. We searched through all the excursions Carnival had to offer, but nothing really stood out so we decided to explore on our own. While reading through the ships Facebook group, I came across Brian’s post. He said he hosted private excursions. My husband and I went to his account and looked through all of his posted pictures and decided right then and there that we’d give it a shot. What a wonderful decision it turned out to be. We booked 2 of our stops with him and regret now not doing all of them with him. We joined him and his intimate group in Lisbon and Cartagena. He took us in private vans to all of the sites important for us to see. We had ample time to take pictures and our drivers were chock full of history. Due to the small size of our group, we had plenty of time to ask questions and fully enjoy our time. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. When we returned home we were overjoyed to find out Brian was going to be on our next European cruise and immediately booked every stop with him. We look forward to meeting up Brian again and having him show us Europe the way it should be seen."

"My first visit to Europe and was on a cruise with a great friend. We stopped in Portugal and Spain. A few of our excursions into the countryside and ports was with Brian Travels. We had an excellent time! Incredible how much history I learned while travelling. I highly recommend excursions with Brian. He was an excellent organizer. He was with us too. He made sure we knew where to be. If I travel there again I will certainly be looking for him to be the leader. Way better than the tours offered by the cruise ship.
