EXCURSION DESCRIPTION
Get set for an amazing day in Athens on your own. Skip the hassles of trying to navigate the public transportation systems with roundtrip coach transportation from the cruise port to the Plaka area in Athens. Sit back and relax as you journey to the city center on this approximately 35-45 minute ride (depending on traffic). Make your way to the Acropolis on your own or discover the Plaka neighborhood with narrow cobblestone streets lined with tiny shops selling jewelry, clothes, local ceramics and numerous Greek taverns serving authentic Greek dishes to grab lunch.
