Discover the timeless beauty of Corfu, where history, culture, and seaside relaxation come together for the perfect day ashore. Upon arrival at the port, board your transfer to Corfu Town and meet your local tour guide. Corfu Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its elegant Venetian architecture, charming cobblestone streets, and vibrant atmosphere. Enjoy a one-hour guided walking tour through the enchanting Old Town, where you'll uncover centuries of history while strolling past picturesque squares, historic churches, colorful buildings, and inviting cafés.
Following the guided tour, you'll have approximately two hours of free time to experience Corfu at your own pace. Browse the boutique shops for local crafts, olive oil products, jewelry, and souvenirs, relax at a traditional café, or savor authentic Greek cuisine at one of the many restaurants (lunch at your own expense). Wander through the maze of narrow alleyways, admire the impressive fortresses, or simply soak up the lively Mediterranean ambiance.
At the designated meeting point, rejoin your group and travel to one of Corfu's beautiful beaches. Here, you'll have approximately 2 hours and enjoy the crystal-clear turquoise waters of the Ionian Sea. Sink your toes into the soft sand, take a refreshing swim, bask in the warm Mediterranean sunshine, or simply relax while taking in the stunning coastal scenery. With its calm waters and idyllic setting, Corfu's beaches offer the perfect escape for both swimmers and sunseekers alike.
After a memorable day of sightseeing and seaside relaxation, reboard your coach for the return transfer to the port and your awaiting cruise ship.
